ARTICLE 9: DELIVERY
Products are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery generally takes between 5 and 12 days, with a maximum of 20 days. Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or a refund.
Standard delivery is free of charge. We also offer express delivery for €6.90. This option guarantees the possibility of an exchange or refund even if the product has been worn, and provides faster delivery. Your order will be prioritised by our teams.
ARTICLE 10: RETURNS POLICY
All orders benefiting from a discount displayed on the Website are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, a size exchange is possible without refund.
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Under certain conditions, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 10 days.
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all accessories. Incomplete, damaged or soiled items will not be accepted. The product must not have been worn, washed or damaged; otherwise, the refund will be refused.
For all returns, please send an email to junne.sav@gmail.com. We will send you the return form and process your request. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using different words or requests, will not be considered valid.
