Refund Policy: 30-Day Guarantee

Under the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 30-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your products (the date is indicated on your parcel tracking) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing reasons or paying any penalty.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition, including envelope, case, accessories, gifts, and labels, so that the products can be resold as new. You are responsible for this. The product must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, otherwise the refund may be refused. Any damage to the product may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal and a penalty of up to 20% of the price of the returned products, corresponding to the cost of repair.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and products must be returned using the carrier we previously used. In France, this is Colissimo, and in Switzerland, La Poste. All shipments must include a tracking number, which you must provide to our customer service in the event of a return or exchange.

To prevent abuse of product returns, we have defined different cases with corresponding return costs:

  • If you no longer want the product, it is not suitable, or you have changed your mind, you must cover the return shipping costs. For product damage requiring repair, a penalty of up to 20% of the price of the returned products will be applied to restore them to a new condition. Additionally, a handling fee of 25% of the total order value (excluding shipping) will be deducted from the refund. These fees cover various costs associated with your order, including receipt, cleaning, repackaging, and storage. These fees may be waived if you choose a voucher or credit on our website junne.eu.

  • If you wish to exchange the product for another size or colour, the first return is free. A second exchange will incur a fee of €7.50 per product.

  • For a defective product, please do not return it. We will send your replacement order by express delivery. If you do not want a second product, please return the parcel at your own expense to the address of our reception centre.

For all returns, please send us an email. We will then send you the return form and process your request. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, except on weekends and public holidays, and are delivered within 5 to 7 business days in the United Kingdom.
